Don’t look now, but electric vehicles aren’t the only part of the green energy revolution that is turning out to be less popular with consumers than boosters had assumed they would be. It turns out the same is now holding true for ESG investment funds.
Check out this quote from the Wall Street Journal:
“We found that the demand for ESG investing, by financial professionals working with retirement-plan participants, was more limited than we anticipated,” Ron Rice, vice president of marketing at Pacific Financial, said.
Oh. You don’t say.
