A new report from the leftist think-tank Carbon Tracker proposes a plan in which I guess some authoritarian globalist government would limit investment in new oil and gas reserves to projects with a break-even point of $30 per barrel. In other words, only projects in the sweet spots of the Permian Basin would qualify in the U.S. to be funded.
