The propaganda about the energy transition is suddenly undergoing a significant shift as COP 28 approaches. Transition cheerleaders at both the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times this week ran stories expressing high degrees of skepticism about the feasibility of both the Biden energy/climate agenda and the chances of achieving the goals in the Paris Accords.
This is a somewhat radical change from all the optimistic nonsense embedded environmentalist activist writers at these and other publications have pushed for the last half decade in support of the authoritarian globalist agenda designed to help force a transition that defies thermodynamics and physics with trillions of dollars in subsidy spending funded by debt.
I mean, who could possibly doubt such a plan could succeed, after all?
Below are a pair of pieces published by the NYTimes this past week. They are suddenly skeptical, in some cases using proof points and arguments I’ve used myself for years now, that the transition’s ostensible goals can be achieved, and that can only be characterized as a welcome change.
