Sunday's Energy Absurdity: Wind Company Punished for Mass Eagle Killing
In case you missed it, last week a Big Wind company called ESI Energy LLC pled guilty to the negligent killing of at least 150 bald eagles and golden eagles at its various wind farms in the U.S. ESI is a wholly owned subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources LLC, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of NextEra Energy Inc.
