Washington Update Specific to the Oil & Gas Industry

Tim Stewart is the President of the US Oil & Gas Association in Washington, DC. Tim puts out regular, excellent updates to his membership, which includes a cross-section of independent producers - both corporate and privately-owned - and majors.

Tim has graciously agreed to let me cut and past his most recent update for your benefit.
