What is Going On at BP?

What in the world is going on at BP? It’s a question many have been asking for a long time, frankly, and it’s one that must be asked again in the wake of the announcement that CEO Bernard Looney has been allowed to, ahem, resign after it was revealed that he supposedly “misled the board” about some past, ummmmm, relationships he has had with fellow employees during his long career at the company.
