At last common sense steps up. To the howls of all Congressional and State Dems, not a few GOP long term members, a plethora of million and billion dollar NGO's such the Sierra Club, activist Law Firms and Judges at every level and the UN/IPCC who are all "Global Warming- Climate Change - Climate Disaster" grifters.

This awesome action by Lee Zeldin will be settled in the Supreme Court.

Of the 8 billion now living on this planet, the EPA Endangerment Finding only applied to the 340 million that live in the USA, i.e., it applied to only 4% of the people on the planet. Shockingly, 80% of the 8 billion on this planet, or more than 6 billion, are living on less than $10/day.

For the other 96% of those living in poverty on this planet, the worse form of air pollution is indoor air pollution, caused by poor people burning coal, wood, dung, candles and paraffin in badly ventilated shacks, often without chimneys.

Indoor air pollution kills and cripples on a terrible scale worldwide. It is far worse than the worst outdoor air pollution cause by the dirtiest coal station. Unlike even a bad coal station, there is often not complete combustion of the carbon-to-carbon dioxide, and it only goes to carbon monoxide, a deadly killer.

This action, combined with cutting the array of subsidies for green energy grift, will by itself have

probably the biggest positive immediate boost to the economy than anything else. Even when

another Chief Executive, devoid of common sense, does something similar to Obama, we will have the before and after stats cemented in history. Bravo Trump and Zelden for restoring some sanity.

How long will it take to get benefits of ending the endangerment finding that are visible to the voting public, in the face of the efforts that the Democrats and RE lobbies will bring to bear in the courts and the number of red states and Republican lawmakers that are not on board for the deregulation?

Every day I thank God for President Trump. He is leading him through areas that previous Presidents and leaders seemed too scared to go to. God blessed him with incredible courage. We can only hope and pray that ALL Christians and those others who realize that what he is doing is all and totally aimed to make America the greatest country in the world. We truly are so blessed with the energy that we have under our feet, and President Trump is doing everything he can to make all Americans realize that. As he and his Team have stated many times Energy is Strength.

How many previous β€œleaders” has America had who appeared to be scared to step out and prove that? How many environmental organizations have suckered those previous leaders into believing their claims? If everyone would open their eyes right now, they could realize how suckered they were. Are we supposed to be in another ice age right now, or is all life dying because of the heat and the droughts? And yet there are people who have these people on pedestals, and crawl on the ground for them.

President Trump is doing everything that he can to make America a safer country to live in, and 1/2 the country is fighting him and us, trying to prove what?

We all need to pray more for him and his safety, and listen, and VOTE. If all those who voted him into his position as President would commit themselves to stand by his side this November, and for America’s freedom and continued blessing for the next bunch of years, I believe we all would be much better off.

Amen.

Humans are the carbon they want to eliminate. Trump said β€˜not today’ to the weird environmental death cult.

yahoo now perhaps Mr Zeldin can do some real pollution work like putting a stop to the DOW or whoever is spraying cancer causing chemicals in the air - geo engineering watch.com has all the evidence

one estimate by a Swedish NGO estimated that 4 million people die every year because they don’t have access to fossil fuels resorting to heating and cooking with parasite infested dung - all necessary for the greater good say our climate change propaganda group

I would add that in 3rd world countries that pollution from cooking with dung, charcoal, and other basic biomass fuel, extends to the community. Each day in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, there is a layer of smog at morning and evening, not from vehicle exhaust, but from cooking fires. Despite the fact that the Ethiopian government banned the sale if ICE vehicles, the capital of Ethiopia remains one of the most polluted in the world, largely from cooking fires. But our claims of carbon dioxide danger have translated into making it impossible for an Ethiopian to buy a gasoline powered car in the name of saving us from "global boiling" while ignoring global poverty.

Yep, man made climate change based on CO2 is the biggest hoax this century! How many trillions have been wasted on windmills and solar panels needlessly? Both these sources are totally unmanageable and have low availability, which is highly undesirable for 24/7 grid needs! The only thing we need to make all our power on a large scale (GW) is nuclear and gas turbines, both of which are totally manageable with highest availability levels as well!

biggest economic hoax - mRNA non vaccine vaccine that will kill millions the biggest and most deadly

Truly great news, & encouraging for the future of the west.

It is truly astounding how many believe the climatocatastrophists diatribe. The inability to comprehend the physics, thermodynamics, and chemistry can be attributed to poor academic performance and ineffective teaching; but nor accepting the historical record of the earth is mental illness. While the endangerment finding is truly a social and political effort to control what leftists can’t control by legislation or elections they did it by dictate. It’s truly by delusion the supporters of the climate cult think themselves will become members of the self appointed elitists club and will be privileged to continue their lifestyle while the rest of us labeled as deniers will support them as lesser beings. This delusion is being shattered by the preponderance of fact and the building lack of credibility of the climate cult predictions. Reality is truly real and seeing the leftists short circuit may be more fun than a good comedy show!

Woo- Hoo! Please send Trump to Canada to get rid of the FAKE carbon tax on everything. It is a massive over-reach.

Jeff Chestnut's avatar

You can’t have him yet as we have more work to do.

Sherry 1's avatar

But we NEED HIM!!!! You Americans have a treasure. MAGA’s cannot get complacent, they MUST show up and vote in the mid-terms so Trump has a massive mandate to FINISH his work and set up the wonderful V.P. Vance to continue it with the very amazing team Trump has created. Jealous!

Sorry Sherry, we’re not done here!
